Depending on the size, scope, and staff, we tailor what we do to best suit our clients' needs. For some clients, this means pursuing claims only after they have been denied and appealed internally. For others, we are involved the minute the initial treatment request is submitted.

Payment Review
MMA review thousands of claims per month for our clients, identifying and pursuing matters that have been denied due to medical necessity, improperly paid or penalized, or simply remain unpaid by the carrier.
Proposed Treatment
We don't believe in letting carriers dictate patient treatment. From epidural injections to major surgery, we aggressively file arbitration for proposed procedures on behalf of our clients, ensuring smooth and proper payment once treatment has been performed.
Appeals
MMA can complete and submit post-service appeals for denied, improperly paid, or unpaid treatment. We will monitor the appeals through the 45-day waiting period to see if additional payment is issued or if arbitration will be required.
Staff Training
Understanding the many rules and regulations of no-fault billing can be tricky, which is why we are happy to share our knowledge with your staff. MMA offers seminars both online and in-person regarding no-fault billing, the appeals process, how to identify improperly paid claims, and anything else you can think of!
Arbitration
We are proud to be partnered with NJ's preeminent PIP Law firms, Midlige & Richter and Pinczewski & Baurkot. Cases that are not able to be resolved through the appeals process are arbitrated by these firms with over a 90% success rate.
