Appeals
MMA can complete and submit post-service appeals for denied, improperly paid, or unpaid treatment. We will monitor the appeals through the 45-day waiting period to see if additional payment is issued or if arbitration will be required.
Medical Necessity
We understand the difficulties our surgery center and anesthesia clients face in obtaining payment once a claim has been denied due to medical necessity. We will work with the treating physician to establish medical necessity arguments for denied treatment.
Arbitration
We are proud to be partnered with NJ's preeminent PIP Law firms, Midlige & Richter and Pinczewski & Baurkot. Cases that are not able to be resolved through the appeals process are arbitrated by these firms with over a 90% success rate.
