About MMA

Medical Management Associates (MMA) was founded in 2004 by Tony LoCastro. For the past 19 years, MMA have represented New Jersey medical providers in the pursuit of unpaid, improperly paid, and denied automobile insurance PIP/No-Fault claims. MMA have successfully resolved over 50,000 claims for our medical provider clients, recovering over $250,000,000 to date from auto insurance carriers.

MMA handles the PIP arbitration process for our clients from start to finish. We review hundreds of carrier payments per month for our clients in order to identify instances of improper or underpayment. We handle the post-service appeal process for many of our clients, and are able to successfully resolve many denied or underpaid claims on appeal within 45 days from referral.

MMA is proud to be partnered with two of New Jersey's preeminent PIP Law firms, Midlige & Richter and Pinczewski & Baurkot. Any cases that are not able to be resolved through the appeals process are arbitrated by these firms with over a 95% success rate.

We work on behalf of a diverse array of clients: from major hospital groups to single-physician practices, physical therapists to orthopedic surgeons, surgery centers to anesthesiologists. We fully understand the nuance and intricacies of the no-fault world, which allows us to provide guidance and knowledge tailored specifically to each client.

In addition to arbitration, we pride ourselves on being a direct and receptive source of knowledge for our clients. We're always happy to take a look at a surgical appeal narrative, get involved with a difficult adjuster, or weigh in on a confusing coverage situation. We strive to be the ultimate PIP resource for every single one of our clients, and can't wait to see what we can do for your practice, too.
